Quality

From the start, Colitel introduced a Quality Charter to show its commitment to offering the best possible service and striving at all times towards excellence.

From preparation through to review, everyone at Colitel is involved in making a success of each project.
Evaluations are conducted each month to measure overall quality in each agency, for each member of staff and each partner.
The latter are carefully selected and sign a partnership contract stipulating client demands and professional standards (compliance with the Gayssot system).

Contract Review

Regular evaluations take place with the client. They include :
Statistical analysis of the service provided.
Definition of points for improvement.
Malfuntions inventory.
Corrective action.

Client Satisfaction Measurement :

Annual surveys, focus groups and spot checks are all organised to improve quality on a constant basis.
Complaints and congratulations… compliance with our demands is monitored at all times.

ISO 9001 Registration :

Certified ISO 9002 since 1998, Colitel was awarded ISO 9001 registration (2000 version) in April 2005. This covers the entire network for emergency logistics services (stock management and haulage contracting).

Contract Support service :

Essential in :
Implementing and supervising strategic projects
Implementing progess plans based on statistical flow rate and service rate analyses.
In close collaboration with all the in-house departments, they contribute to ensuring client satisfaction.
